Biography
Phil is a trial lawyer who, for the last 40 years, has tried a variety of cases in the state courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee and surrounding judicial districts. Additionally, he has presented cases in in the Federal Courts in Tennessee. Phil has prosecuted and defended appellate cases in state and federal court. He has also had extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, both mediation and arbitration
Phil has made Chattanooga his home since 1986. He and his wife Pam have been married 36 years. They have two adult children. Phil is an active member of Manker Patton Tennis Club.
